Amazing vibes in beach batros all staff professional Specially M.R Hazem Friendly and helpful he did his best to make sure u r happy and meet our need Great thanks to Mr hazem and all team in restaurant. Great thank for Mrs heidy in reception desk she meet us with smile and complete our reservation as fast as possible Beach is sandy charming Food is delicious and alot of variety is available Room service did their best Staff on pool and bar man friendly and did service with smile

Excellent location with access to the beach and swimming pools. Rooms are super clean and clean them every day. Exceptional service and a great host named Hazem Shehata to help you have the greatest experience. Whatever we requested Hazem was there for us. Food is very good and freshly cooked every day. It was our honeymoon stay and Hazem made us feel so special cannot thank enough

The hotel is extra clean and cozy, staff are very friendly and professional especially Mr. Hazem Shehata and Ms. Haidy Mansour, the restaurant has various dishes, and the location is outstanding. It worth every penny spent.

The hotel was very well treated and the surroundings were always being taken cared of. You have lots of pools, so we didnt feel crowded. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing. The staff was also very nice ( the guy that was making the pizzas at Le Marche for dinner was amazing ) The animation was very entertaining and the beach area was clean, but you are constantly being approached by someone trying to sell some kind of tour, spa treatments, etc which was annoying and not very relaxing. Also, the beach chairs where always reserved by people who just woke up early and left their towels there , and then went for breakfast or a walk. No one on the staff seemed to care ( even though there were signs saying that was forbidden ) so we never got to stay in one of the front chairs of the beach because we refused to do the same

The room had an incredible view and was spacious and comfy. The pool and aqua were great and the sandy beach was near and fun to use. The food was delicious and plenty to go around for everyone. The animation team had a variety of shows each night.The WHOLE staff were welcoming, beyond helpful and happy to answer our every question/request. Special thanks goes to mr. Hazem, booking administrative and to mr. Ibrahim from the reception.

The hotel facilities are massive, multiple pools, aqua park for adults and for children to keep them busy. Food was amazing across all restaurants and in-room dining Their hospitality is unmatched and the willingness to keep you comfortable is amazing. I loved the shows they had every night. It is a place for the entire family really; even my 2 years old daughter had a blast. Mr. Hazem Shehata is nothing less than extraordinary; he was attentive to every tiny little detail about our stay. Definitely staying in Albatros again.

Wonderful vacation, kids enjoyed their time and the staff were very helpful. Night animation shows were nice but could have been better. Food was great with a wide variety every single night, all the restaurants were outstanding. A la carte was a pleasant experience, but not really the best - any standard dinner in the other restaurants was probably the same (maybe even better). Would like to thank all the hotel staff from the reception, pools, restaurants, bars and beach - they were nice and helpul. Would definitely consider coming again
